What we do:

We specialize in banner displays, exhibition displays & set up, outdoor event solutions, banner graphics, snap frames, poster frames, display equipment & brochure stands & displays. Our in house large format printing department produces all the graphics required to support the equipment that we supply. Many of our products are available the next day.

How does it work:

• Our entire product range can be viewed online via our website. As we also display our list prices, almost all the information that you require in order to make a quick & informed purchase decision is at your finger tips.
• Once you have decided, fill in a quote / purchase request, and we will do the rest.
• The quote request will come through to our office, we try and respond within two hours.
• If you accept our quote then the ordering, printing, invoicing process follows.

Who are we?

Swift Displays is a South African based company operating primarily out of Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa. We have been in business for approximately 3 years.

Unlike many other companies we are not middle men in that we control all aspects of your job under one roof. Our operation houses Mac & PC design, Printing & Finishing ensuring a fast, reliable and high quality service. We hold stock for immediate dispatch for most of our products, certainly our fast moving popular lines.

In addition we also have available as a special order items that are unique to our suppliers & to us. We carry an exclusive range of product & if you are looking for something different, & of high quality then you will be very impressed.

You may also want to take advantage of large shipment prices, where the benefit of lower shipping costs are passed on to the client. Please give me a call (Del) in this regard.

Our pricing policy is relatively uncomplicated. We have been able to source some of the highest quality products available internationally at really good prices. We keep a good balance of stock & watch our delivery & other costs. We have the best printing solution in the country. Due to the nature of our business we have a small sales force, relatively low overheads. We are able to pass these benefits onto you the customer. We do however aim to make reasonable, but not excessive profits. We also like to get paid for what we do which sort of closes the loop.

Delivery:

We offer a professional delivery and tracking service using a variety of couriers depending on location & speed of service category
Different service categories include:
• Economy road freight (normally the most economical, delivery 2-5 days)
• Express road freight (delivery 1-2 days)
• Airport to airport (SAA Cargo) – where we take the parcel to the airport, & you would collect from the destination airport. Where deadlines are tight, this is often the quickest yet most economical
• Overnight delivery
• Same day delivery
• In city delivery
• Outlying area delivery

All deliveries will need to be signed for. Please give a delivery address where someone will be available. Goods should be signed unchecked, unless inspected prior to signing. Any deliveries found damaged must be reported to Swift Displays within 3 working days of receipt.

Swift Displays has negotiated with a select number of couriers to provide a fast, reliable delivery service, ensuring that your goods are delivered on time, every time, and in excellent condition! Delivery times vary depending on the products ordered. Large stocks of hardware are held and many are available for same or next day delivery. Hardware items excluding graphics include, banner stands, snap frames, display equipment, brochure stands, menu boards, pavement signs etc

Turnaround time on Items that include large format printed graphics (banner graphics, flags, laminates, panels, poster displays, signs etc) are usually dispatched within 3 working days. We pride ourselves in meeting deadlines. Once we agree a deadline we WILL meet it.

External Deliveries:

We ship a lot of our product into other African countries at very competitive rates. We also ship to the UK & European countries. To give you the best possible rates delivery will be quoted upon request.

Returns:

Swift Displays wants you to be delighted when you buy from us. Occasionally though, goods may be faulty or get damaged in transit. We request you follow our returns procedure.
Please call any one of us (Del, Tony or Colette) and let us know about the problem. We will then advise you accordingly of what to do with the goods or how to return them, which courier to use etc
If the goods were refused due to damage in transit or signed for as “DAMAGED UNCHECKED”, the cost of return should be borne by the courier company. Otherwise, the cost of the return will be borne by the client and the goods will be repaired or replaced depending on the circumstances
Swift Displays will not refund goods (for business to business transactions) that are
• undamaged and in good working order
• repairable
• custom made, i.e. personalized
• in the possession of the client for more than 5 working days without informing Swift Displays
In all cases Swift Displays reserves the right to repair or replace goods instead of refunding monies.
